REXA actuator structure
The REXA actuator is a conversion device that converts electrical signals into high torque and displacement outputs. It is a key equipment in the DEH system without hydraulic control fluid. It adopts the intelligent mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated actuator produced by the American version of REXA company [referred to as the REXA actuator]. It consists of two parts: a controller and a power module. The power module consists of an intelligent controllable motor and an independent, closed, valveless hydraulic control system. Adopting highly integrated, modular, and miniaturized design, all components are integrated internally and have an integrated structure. The intelligent controllable motor receives functional instructions from the control module, controls the power module, drives the controlled object with linear displacement and large torque, and completes the adjustment process through its own position feedback to achieve various control functions.
Characteristics of REXA actuator
1) Response time: 0.04s/mm;
2) Input signal: 4mA-20mA analog signal;
3) Output force: approximately 1000kgf, can be selected according to demand;
4) Independent closed hydraulic system without external oil supply;
5) Intelligent control is achieved by a microprocessor, which can flexibly, conveniently, and accurately adjust working parameters;
6) Various safety mechanisms in case of power loss [fully open, fully closed, and locked]
