The Quality Inspection Center is the only named power industry hydraulic control quality inspection and testing center in the power industry. It is a key supervision, inspection and testing unit for power generation side equipment in the power system. It is a product quality inspection institution certified and authorized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. It has legal laboratory testing qualifications and capabilities, and has passed national metrological certification and national recognition of Chinese laboratories. The main business scope is the supervision and inspection of electromechanical integration, mechanical, hydraulic, and control products, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of equipment and systems faults. We are committed to quality monitoring and scientific research work in hydraulic control technology. We have quality inspection technicians certified by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. According to relevant international, domestic, and power industry standards, we can inspect 61 projects of 9 types of products. The CMA testing data and reports issued by them have legal effect and can serve as the basis for trade certification, product quality evaluation, and fruit appraisal.

The production base has the ability to process flow operations and professional equipment. The experimental base is equipped with hydraulic system quality inspection stations, turbine regulation, security, oil system quality inspection stations, as well as laboratories established in accordance with relevant national and industry standards. The testing base can conduct steam turbine DEH system simulation tests, performance tests, as well as EH system and equipment performance tests. We have first-class domestic testing stations, including:

1）Large comprehensive testing stations for steam turbine regulation, security, oil system, and components;

2）Comprehensive test bench for regulating system;

3）Oil system comprehensive test bench;

4）Multifunctional overspeed test bench for steam turbines;

5）Hydraulic valve, pump, and cylinder comprehensive test bench;

6）An electro-hydraulic servo valve test bench with fire-resistant oil as the medium;

7）EH system maintenance, performance testing, and test bench using fire-resistant oil as the medium.
