The debugging steps for the hydraulic station of the intermediate frequency furnace can be completed in a total of 7 steps.

Debugging steps for the hydraulic station body of the intermediate frequency furnace:

1、Check if the rotation direction of the oil pump motor is the same as the direction of the oil circuit circulation;

2、Fill the fuel tank with sufficient flame-retardant hydraulic oil according to its oil label requirements, close the pressure gauge switch, and loosen the adjusting nut of the overflow valve counterclockwise;

3、Check whether the hydraulic station equipment is in good condition, and whether all seals and pipelines leak oil;

4、Connect the "Start" button of the oil pump motor on the operation console to make it work and rotate in the correct direction; 

5、Gently open the pressure gauge switch and observe that all oil pressure components are working properly. Then, use a locking nut to tighten the adjusting nut of the overflow valve;

6、Adjust the travel switch on the furnace body, start the hydraulic station, and operate the manual reversing valve to tilt the furnace body to a time limit of around 95 degrees;

7、The manufacturer has completed the debugging of the hydraulic station and furnace tilting furnace according to the above requirements.
