Job Description:
1. Cleaning, inspection, disassembly, and maintenance of hydraulic control or directional valves such as servo valves/proportional valves/solenoid valves, as well as replacement of vulnerable parts and consumables;
2. Responsible for the relevant documents of testing and maintenance work, as well as the daily maintenance of testing instruments and equipment;
3. Connect the hydraulic system of the control system to the workbench, simulate real working conditions to test the relevant performance of the valve and issue a report;
4. Coordinate with the project manager to be responsible for receiving, inspecting, repairing, storing, packaging, and shipping incoming valves;
Job requirements
1. Familiar with hydraulic system principles, understand the mechanical working principles of relevant control valves and basic knowledge of control signals;
2. Familiar with the working principles and usage methods of proportional valves, proportional electromagnets, and LVDT;
3. Familiar with the working principles and debugging methods of proportional directional valves, overflow valves, and pressure reducing valves;
4. Having an understanding of the proportional valve structure of imported mainstream brands of servo valves such as MOOG, REXORTH, PAKER, EATON, VICKERS, ATOS, and having practical disassembly experience is preferred;
5. Strong hands-on skills/ability to use disassembly and testing tools, and ability to access English sample books;
6. CAD/OFFICE usage capability;
7. Clear thinking, proactive, responsible, and honest;
8. Mechanical and electrical/hydraulic/mechanical/automation related majors;
